What the role will entail Design, develop, and maintain loan application and auxiliary systems Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Debug, test, and troubleshoot to ensure system stability and performance Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout development Support deployment, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields Intermediate to Advanced skills in Rest API development, Java, Python, C++ and My SQL are must haves. With knowledge in Angular JS, Apache web server, Redis Stack and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS (nice to have). Knowledge in GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket for documentation Background in an Agile or Scrum development environment is preferred. Knowledge of the Bank's Credit Operations process is considered a strong advantage.
