This role supports the effective operation of Community Accessability’s Quality, Risk, Safety, Incident, Complaint, ICT and Data Analysis systems. You’ll work closely with the Risk, Systems & Compliance Manager to ensure our organisation meets its regulatory, ethical and operational obligations — and continues to improve. This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, analysing data, supporting compliance, and helping teams work safely and effectively. Responsibilities: Assist in the operation, evaluation and continuous improvement of Quality, Risk, Safety, Incident and Complaint systems Support risk and hazard identification, incident processing, investigations and reporting Contribute to data analysis, performance reporting and ad hoc reporting Assist with ICT system administration, cyber safety and continuous improvement Prepare reports and submissions for senior management, accreditation bodies and regulators Provide professional secretariat support for committees and meetings Support sustainability initiatives, including carbon reduction and environmental reporting Coordinate selected systems based on your experience and capability Promote compliance with NDIS, ACQSC, Child Safety and other statutory frameworks Essential Skills & Experience Working knowledge of compliance requirements in WHS, Risk Management, Privacy, Quality Improvement Intermediate data analysis and reporting capability Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Demonstrated commitment to ethical, legal and moral compliance Strong self‑management, time management and attention to detail Experience in Aged Care, Disability or Passenger Transport sectors Experience managing legislative and regulatory compliance Ability to build strong, professional relationships Skills in PowerBI, SharePoint, Power Automate, scheduling or risk management software Mandatory: Significant experience in safety, compliance and/or risk management Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Compliance, Risk, WHS, Quality, Business or related field Experience in organisations with 50+ staff or in Aged Care/Disability sectors Experience using Excel or PowerBI for intermediate data analysis What we can offer: A supportive, purpose‑driven team environment Opportunities for ongoing training, development and career growth Flexible work arrangements (full‑time or part‑time by agreement) Salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 tax‑free, plus $2,650 meal & entertainment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Meaningful work that directly contributes to community wellbeing About you: Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or valid work visa NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Police Check Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport If you are ready to make a positive change, we would love to hear from you!
