QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related role within high-risk domains such as subscription services, gaming, fintech, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing fraud prevention programs.
  • Strong command of SQL, with the ability to create and manage data reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of subscription-based business models and common fraud patterns.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and coordination.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Risk Team Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our risk operations. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team focused on identifying and mitigating risks, preventing fraud, and driving data-informed strategies that protect our users and business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the risk team, including scheduling, coverage, task management, and performance tracking.
  • KPI Management: Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and continuously optimize processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of risk trends, identify patterns, and develop actionable plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Fraud Prevention: Design, implement, and monitor fraud prevention and resolution strategies tailored to subscription-based systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the data team to evaluate fraud-reduction initiatives and quantify their business impact.
  • Innovation: Research, propose, and implement new risk mitigation strategies in line with industry standards and company goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use SQL and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
