POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a safety-oriented, professional Class 2 or Class 4 Driver to join our fall operations team. You will be responsible for transporting students, staff, rafts, and equipment between launch and take-out sites each day. This position is central to the safe and smooth operation of our field programs, and you will work closely with guides and educators to ensure that every trip runs on time and without incident.
This is more than a driving role — it is about safety, responsibility, and being an integral part of a team delivering outdoor education to Alberta youth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class 2 or Class 4 Alberta Driver’s License (required).
• Minimum 3 years of large vehicle driving experience (required for insurance).
• Clean Driver’s Abstract (must be provided at hire).
• Strong attention to detail and proven commitment to passenger and road safety.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (rain, cold, heat, wind).
• Reliable, professional, team-oriented, and adaptable.
