Job Description Kids Club Supervisor The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids’ club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children. This role involves supervising the team, planning activities, maintaining safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians. Oversee and manage Kids Club Attendants, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Ensure all Kids Club Attendants adhere to safety guidelines and child care protocols. Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for children. Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and educational experiences. Encourage creativity, teamwork, and social development among children. Ensure all activities align with company policies and safety regulations. Respond appropriately to emergencies, injuries, or behavioral incidents. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and health concerns. Greet parents and children, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience and progress. Address and resolve any parent complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Manage inventory of toys, supplies, and snacks, reporting any shortages. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare, kids club, or recreation in a hospitality or resort environment; minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality, Recreation, or related field is an advantage. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (Arabic or other languages an asset). Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with children. Knowledge of child safety, first aid, and CPR certification (mandatory).
