Providence Place of Lancaster is seeking Resident Life Associates to help improve the quality of life of our residents. Our RLA's / caregivers assist our residents with care, companionship, activities, & their dining experience. We are an assisted living community & our residents range in care levels from Independent Living (needing little or no assistance) to Personal Care (needing some help with dressing, bathing or mobility). We also service residents with memory impairment in our specially designed dementia neighborhoods. Starting at $16.00 - $18.50 Depending on Shift and Experience *Plus an increase after successfully completing the training & 60-day evaluation process Full Time: Personal Care / Caregivers - 12 Hour Shifts! ONLY work 14 Days / month! * 6:00 am – 6:00 pm * 6:00 pm – 6:00 am * Work 3 Days 1 week / 4 Days the next * Must be able to work EOW/EOE Part Time: Personal Care / Caregivers * 6:00 am – 12:00 pm * 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm PLUS: Career Path Opportunities – up to $2.00 for motivated individuals, Tuition Assistance for Nursing school and more!
