We’re looking for a Senior Export Product Manager to lead the performance, development, and strategy of our International Export account products. This is a high-impact role with group-wide influence, offering the opportunity to shape a £400m revenue line and deliver exceptional value to our account customers.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Deep knowledge of International Export account products and customer needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue lines.
  • A minimum of 5 years in product management, marketing, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven ability to communicate strategy across cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and performance data.
  • Expertise in Excel and executive-level briefing materials.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset balanced with business profitability.
  • Preferred: Degree in a relevant business or marketing discipline.

Responsibilities

As Senior Export Product Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the strategy and performance of International Export account products.
  • Provide expert insight to the Head of International Products and International Board.
  • Monitor and drive volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Deliver monthly performance insights for governance and decision-making.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all International Export account products.
  • Own product specifications and sign off on developments, campaigns, and digital content.
  • Support Sales with training, product briefings, and sell-against strategies.
  • Manage cost-of-goods-sold budgets and contribute to financial forecasting.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex product-related queries and issues.
