Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of all raw materials. Monitor raw material levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the logistics team. Verify material availability and prepare daily/weekly reports for production planning. Quality & Compliance Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) on sampling, testing, and approval processes. Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming or expired materials. Inventory Control Maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce waste and ensure material freshness/quality. Team Leadership Supervise and train warehouse/raw material handling staff. Assign daily tasks and monitor performance, safety, and compliance. Safety & Housekeeping Ensure raw material storage areas comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Enforce proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices. Oversee warehouse housekeeping and organization (5S implementation is a plus). Qualifications Bilingual: Korean and English Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and material handling. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) preferred. Experience in raw material supervision or warehouse management is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
