Description
Responsibilities include: •    Respond to requests via incoming telephone calls and emails daily. •    Create Sales Orders for RMAs •    Document RMAs by adding an RMA Note to the Sales Order as well as gathers pertinent information about the issue(s). •    Set up Intercompany sales order for returns or repairs going to other Lanner entities. •    Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the Lanner's automated order system. •    Provide customers with RMA numbers and instructions for returning products. •    Quarantine stock when necessary. •    Coordinate repairs and tested replacements with engineering and other business Units. •    Prepare and email the daily RMA Summary. •    Monitor back orders and repair orders. •    Communicate with accounting, inventory control, shipping, carriers, engineering, business units, and entities to resolve issues and prevent re-occurrences. •    Proactively contact customers when a product recall is initiated. •    Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times. •    Work on special projects and performs other related duties as assigned. •    Database maintenance. •    Update RMA report (weekly/monthly) •    Requires unpack and pack of RMA unit. (Unit may weigh around 20 lbs.) •    Hold meetings with customers. •    Cross-departmental support.
