Diploma or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in RMA, after-sales service, operations, or tech support.
Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting electronics/appliances

Responsibilities
Process and categorize returned products accurately.
Coordinate repair jobs with technicians and customer service.
Track repair status in the system and ensure SLAs are met.
Manage spare parts availability and coordinate with the warehouse.
Escalate complex cases to Manager.
Assist in KPI reporting and follow SOPs strictly.
Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements.
