Description Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. We are looking for an enthusiastic RMA Specialist to join our team! The essence of the role: responsible for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, commercial logistics return of products/exchange to the customer in accordance with company policy, while coordinating and communicating with the customer and the various departments. Responsible the entire RMA lifecycle- from customer request to product delivery and return/exchange handling Prepare quotations and process purchase orders in the ERP system Coordinate between customers, logistics, sales, and production departments Track schedules, monitor risks, and proactively resolve delays Manage return budgets and monitor returned products in production Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and RMA cases Provide ongoing process updates and ensure compliance with company procedures Generate and analyze regular reports for management Monitor and follow up on tasks within the Quality department Assist in the preparation of activity summaries and performance reports Support ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards Requirements At least two years of experience in RMA processes, including coordination with customs services, shipment management, and direct communication with customers. Technical background- previous experience in production and logistics environments is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (such as Priority, Salesforce)- an advantage. Fluent English and Hebrew- excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Responsibilities
The RMA Specialist is responsible for managing the entire Return Material Authorization lifecycle, from customer requests to product delivery and return handling. This includes coordinating with various departments and ensuring compliance with company policies.
