Job Description: 組織説明基地局戦略部戦略管理課プロジェクト準備グループは部署横断的な視点をもつプロジェクトマネジメント部門として、プロジェクト実行可否判断のための課題特定から対応案の検討立案、ときには役員も巻き込み各部署の業務範囲や承認フローを整理し、実行まで進めます。部署の枠組みにとらわれずに、実行要否を判断・推進できるようにすることで、プロジェクトの停滞を防ぎ、顧客満足度の向上および効率的な事業遂行に貢献しています。業務内容プロジェクト実施可否に必要な課題特定、対応案検討、実施または実施要否確定までの案件全体管理・推進新規プロジェクトにおける推進体制およびワークフローの構築/調整プロジェクト実行可否判断に必要な材料の収集、整理、対応検討および部内外関係者との合意までの調整必須要件プロジェクトマネジメントに興味がある方複雑な情報を整理し、論理的に分析・上申する能力自律的に課題を発見し、解決策を提案・実行できる能力複数の関係部署と連携し、合意形成を図るコミュニケーション能力 TOEIC600点または同等の英語力ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N1相当）歓迎要件 1年以上の通信業界での勤務経験新規事業や未確定案件の立ち上げ、推進経験部門横断的なプロジェクトにおける調整・ファシリテーション経験 Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate)、 Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced) Looking for members to join our mobile phone business “They cannot succeed if they step into the field at this late date” Some people say Rakuten is reckless in trying to enter the mobile communications business. Responsibilities

The role involves managing and promoting projects from identifying issues to determining execution feasibility. It requires building and adjusting the promotion system and workflow for new projects.
