Job Description: 組織説明私たちは、基地局建設プロジェクトの企画・準備をマネジメントする部門です。当チームでは、新規プロジェクトの実行価値を判断するのに必要な情報を収集し、要否判断および課題の特定と解決策の検討・立案までのプロジェクトマネジメントを行います。また、市場の動向にあわせて建設工事基準単価を検討し、競争力がありながらも品質を確保できる単価を提案し、役員承認を経て工事発注条件を決定します。その後、建設工事会社からの見積を回収し、発注システムへの登録から発注完了までのプロセスを実行。工事完了後には適切な検収処理を行います。基地局建設プロジェクトが円滑に、そして効率的に実行されるよう「縁の下の力持ち」として、楽天モバイルの持続可能で強靭な通信ネットワークの基盤構築に貢献しています。業務内容プロジェクト準備新規の基地局建設プロジェクト実行判断に必要な情報収集、課題特定、対応案検討、実施または実施要否確定までのプロジェクトマネジメント、及び社内外関係者との調整を行います。発注条件の設定市場の変化に合わせた建設工事基準単価を検討し、建設工事会社と折衝のうえ、新単価の役員承認を取得し工事発注条件を決定します。基地局工事の発注検収建設工事会社からの工事見積書を回収し、発注システムへ登録処理及び発注完了までの管理を行い、工事完了後の検収処理を行います。必須要件・基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）・Excelを使用した各種データの集計、分析サポート・TOEIC600点または同等の英語力・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N1）歓迎要件・プロジェクトマネジメントに興味がある方・1年以上の通信業界での勤務経験・新規事業や未確定案件の立ち上げ、推進経験・部門横断的なプロジェクトにおける調整・ファシリテーション経験・複数の関係部署と連携し、合意形成を図るコミュニケーション能力その他このポジションは楽天モバイルまたは楽天トータルソリューションズにての雇用となります。 Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced) Looking for members to join our mobile phone business “They cannot succeed if they step into the field at this late date” Some people say Rakuten is reckless in trying to enter the mobile communications business. Responsibilities
