Job Description: 組織説明私たちは、楽天モバイルの基地局に設置する通信機器やソフトウエア等の新製品やソリューションを導入までマネジメントする部門です。当チームでは、基地局建設計画をもとに、基地局の設備に関わる新製品の試験をリードし、正式導入に向けた促進を行います。この一連の業務は、プロジェクトマネジメントの手法を取り入れ、より効率的に実行しています。具体的には、基地局建設のリードタイムから逆算して試験や検証時期を確定し、新製品が滞りなく商用化されるよう、社内関連部門と密に連絡を取りながら新製品の導入時期を調整し、正式導入を推進しています。こうした地道な作業を通じて、私たちは楽天モバイルのプロジェクトを支え、こうした多角的な取り組みを通じて、楽天モバイルの高品質な通信サービスを支える基盤構築に貢献しています。業務説明新しい基地局機器を“試験→現場確認→社内承認→導入”まで進める為の導入推進（プロジェクト管理）を行います。・新製品の仕様確認ベンダー様から提供された仕様書を確認し、ハード／ソフトの機能や前提条件を整理する。（初期試験に必要な観点を確認）。・社内ラボでの検証内容の確認楽天モバイル社内の実験ラボで行われる新製品の検証レポートをもとに、商用導入時の建設・設置手順、注意点を整理します。・現場検証 (フィールドトライアル) 正式導入前に、稼働中の基地局へ試験的に設置し、動作の安定性や設置手順に問題がないかを確認します。・新製品導入の社内承認社内関係部署とともに試験結果や制限事項(使う上での条件や注意点等)のレポートを作成し、社内プロセスに沿った申請を行い、正式導入に向けて役員承認を取得します。業務上の関連部署基地局設置統括部戦略/ 物流/ エリア品質/ PJ推進/ PJ管理/ シェアリング/ アクセス回線/ 基地局インテグレーション/ 地域営業/ 基地局情報管理/ 基地局運用管理/ 基地局保全/ 基地局IT戦略/ etc PDD/ 建設/ SIP/ SIR/ 保全/ 伝送/ エリア品質/ オペ室/ 電波部/ 推進管理部/ 地域/ etc Network本部 RAN-Eng/ RAN Automation/ RAN-PLM/ RF Eng/ IPTX/ QA/ RAN-TI(AC)/ SXC/電波部/ etc 必須要件・基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）・プロジェクトマネジメントに興味がある方・Excelを使用した各種データの集計・分析サポート、PowerPointを用いた簡単な資料作成歓迎要件・日常レベルの英会話・1年以上の通信業界での業務経験・無線通信機器に関する知識その他このポジションは楽天モバイルまたは楽天トータルソリューションズにての雇用となります。 Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent) Looking for members to join our mobile phone business “They cannot succeed if they step into the field at this late date” Some people say Rakuten is reckless in trying to enter the mobile communications business. Responsibilities
