Job Summary
The Employee Housing Administrator will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day administration of employee housing—allocating rooms to incoming tenants, maintaining up-to-date tenant records, coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and serving as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
Essential Job Functions
Collect daily fees and process payroll deductions
Coordinate communications, checklists and signage
Maintain occupancy records and assist with reporting
Organizes surveys, feedback loops and tenant support
Enforce housing policies and procedures, acting as the first point of contact for tenant issues
Work with multiple departments and companies to align housing needs
Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements.
Required Qualifications and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent.
