Job Summary
The inventory clerk is responsible for managing the flow of inventory for the retail operations at Revelstoke Mountain Resort including but not limited to receiving, transferring, stocking, inventory control, monitoring sell through and fulfilling e-commerce orders. This position requires the ability to manage various responsibilities both in the front and back of the house.

Essential Job Functions

• Receiving shipments and ensuring product matches packing slips.
• Receive product in RTP and generate price tags.
• Transfer products in RTP to the various locations as product is moved.
• Process online purchases, shipping and returns.
• Ensure stores remain sufficiently stocked
• Monitor stock levels and sell through to advise store managers on low inventory
• Perform regular inventory audits and assist with semi annual inventory counts
• Assist with merchandising.
• Manage warranty cases.
• Manage Special Order files.

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and can provide documentation for SIN
• Experience working in retail environment.
• Minimum 1 yr experience with inventory management or related experience.
• Experience in accounts reconciliation and/or inventory management preferred
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office are essential
• Outstanding attention to detail
• RTP or POS software inventory or product management would be considered an asset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift 40lb
