Job Summary
Revelstoke Snow School seeks to recruit and retain experienced, attentive and enthusiastic employees to represent the Snow School as our first point of contact with guests booking lessons. Snow School Desk Agents assist with booking lessons, assigning instructors to lead those lessons and various administrative duties. They are also expected to market the products, services, programs, benefits and qualities of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing to our guests.

Essential Job Functions

  • Answer guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Promote and book Snow School product sales
  • Assist with assigning lessons in RTP
  • Complete daily cash outs and reconciliations in RTP
  • Assist guests with issues
  • Provide guests with general resort and town information
  • Assist management with administrative duties
  • Assist other departments when requested
  • General cleaning duties
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications and Abilities

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada – can provide SIN # documentation
  • One season experience in a ski industry and/or in sales, guest relations position
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • MS Office, email management and scheduling/database software experience
  • RTP experience is an asset
  • Ability to operate independently and integrate within a large team
  • Demonstrated organization and detail focused skills
  • Fluency in English, second languages are an asset
