Job Details Job Location: Bradley Medical Center LLC - CLEVELAND, TN 37311 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Nights Job Category: RN The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and policies. 1. Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning the personal, financial, medical, or employment status of patients of Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland and their families. 2. Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and the hospital. 3. Participate in Performance improvement activities. 4. Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care. 5. Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner. 6. Develop, implement, and update plan of care. 7. Educate and adhere to patient bill of rights. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred. Experience: Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred. Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS are required. If not BLS certified on hire, must acquire it within 7 days. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within one year.
