Delegations are needed for changes in condition, RN delegation, etc. We do have LPN Health & Wellness Directors in these communities. Outside of the RN specific needs, the RN would be responsible to assist within the 2 communities they support, certain tasks may be delegated to them to complete, cover for HWD vacations and their on-call while out, various other tasks as needed. We provide 4 weeks of training and onboarding PRIOR to you starting in your role with us. We set you up for SUCCESS. Responsibilities

The RN will perform delegations for Brookdale of Newberg and Brookdale Wilsonville, assist within the communities, and cover for Health & Wellness Directors during vacations. They will also complete various tasks as needed to support the communities.
