Make $40/hr providing full-time home health care with steady hours and paid training. Role Snapshot RN Case Manager – Home Health $40/hr • Full-time (36–40 hrs/week) Onsite • Home visits across the DFW region One patient at a time. Clear plans. Stable hours. What You’ll Do Deliver in-home skilled nursing care Manage care plans with clear protocols Monitor vitals, meds, equipment Document in Kantime EMR (modern system) Coordinate with families and clinical team Support safe transitions and continuity of care Must-Haves Active Texas RN license Able to work 36–40 hrs/week Willing to complete home visits in your county/neighboring counties Comfortable with home health environments Work authorization in the U.S. Nice-to-Have Kantime EMR or EVV experience Home health background Bilingual (Spanish) Perks & Pay Pay: $40/hr (includes paid training) Health, dental, vision PTO + 401(k) Paid onboarding: 1-week lab + 3–7 days precepting Clear growth paths into leadership Schedule & Setup Full-time: 36–40 hrs/week 8–12 hr shifts available Travel for in-home visits 1-week onboarding in Dallas (Mockingbird Ln) Your work keeps patients safe at home while giving you steady hours and real autonomy.
