Work every 6th weekend and only 2 – 3 holidays per year; PTO; 403b match; Scholarship opportunities; No weekly on call requirement!! Qualification Requirements * Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing; BSN preferred. * Currently licensed as an RN through the Ohio Board of Nursing; must be able to obtain a license in the state of Michigan. * Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred; previous experience in homecare, and/or hospice experience is preferred. * Has working experience charting in an EMR system, Netsmart system preferred. * Possesses clinical expertise related to critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving, and technical skills. * Possesses the ability to provide basic and skilled nursing care, set priorities of care, and appropriately assess limits of intervention. * Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care issues. * Has the ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team. * Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. * Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working condition and is insured in accordance with state and agency requirements. * Understands the hospice philosophy, principles of death/dying, concepts of pain/symptom management, and adult teaching/learning principles. * Meets state requirements for maintaining professional license. * Must be CPR certified according to the American Heart Association CPR standards. 
Responsibilities
The RN Case Manager will provide basic and skilled nursing care, set priorities of care, and appropriately assess intervention limits while working independently and within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care issues.
