Qualifications: Education: ADN/BSN from an accredited program Licensure: Current and active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; candidates must hold a current certification or be willing to obtain recertification prior to employment. Experience: Must have Pediatric experience. Minimum of 1.5 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in an acute care hospital setting of similar size and complexity. Proven experience in hospital case management within an acute care environment is essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in the EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is preferred.

Responsibilities
