Responsible for management of personnel and equipment/supplies needed for endoscopic procedures. Provides professional nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Responsibilities also include payroll, budgeting, policy & procedure revision, Performance Improvement, Customer Service Activities, & staffing for the Department. Qualifications Education / Licensure / Certification: · Graduation from an accredited RN school of nursing and current licensure by the Alabama State Board of Nursing. · Successful completion of an ACLS and PALS course of study, & maintain certification. · Competency in administration of conscious sedation. · Demonstrates leadership abilities and a functional rapport with co-workers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
