Our respected skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced and motivated (RN) Charge Nurse to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care, making real-time clinical decisions, and ensuring appropriate unit coverage at all times. The role provides leadership and guidance to staff, addresses personnel concerns, and upholds safety and regulatory standards. In addition, this position supports the healthcare team and serves as a primary point of contact for staff. Candidates must possess an active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license. Prior experience in a charge nurse or leadership role is preferred.
