Responsibilities Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a Full Time Night Shift position. 645pm-715am Qualifications Education Diploma/Associates Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration Florida Registered Nurse License BLS ACLS

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care, which includes making nursing assessments and diagnoses. They are responsible for formulating care plans based on the diagnosis and then implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of that plan of care.
