RN-CHARGE NURSE LOCATION: OLDENBURG, IN, 47036 ***Looking for Full Time Evening shift. Shift differential for evening and night shifts. Pay is negotiable based on experience.**** JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on that shift, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our patients. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Direct nursing staff * Coordinate patient care and treatment plans * Assess patient needs and develop care plans * Administer medications and treatments * Monitor patient progress and update medical records * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals * Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid RN license in the state of Indiana * Previous experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards * Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
