Position Summary The RN Charge works collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to support staff, coordinate clinical care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine (required) Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
