This is a supportive, hands-on leadership role where you’ll help your team grow, provide excellent patient care, and make a difference in both adult and pediatric home health. NurseCore is looking for an RN Clinical Director who enjoys guiding a team, solving problems, and keeping care smooth, safe, and high-quality. Your Stethoscope Checklist: Lead the clinical team and be the go-to resource for patient care questions Review home care referrals with the office team Supervise care plans, assessments, recertifications, and discharge planning Resolve patient or family concerns thoughtfully and efficiently Provide on-call support alongside other team members Conduct quarterly team meetings and clinical reviews to maintain high standards Complete home visits for supervision, recertifications, or other needs Interview and hire clinical staff Model company values and foster a positive, collaborative environment Your Leadership Prescription: Active, unencumbered RN license in Nevada 3 consecutive years as a working RN, including at least 1 year in home health Pediatric experience G-tube, ventilator, and trach experience IV/infusion skills a plus Management experience within the last 3 years Knowledge of home health regulations Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred Salary: $90K - $110K #INDCORP #LI-MF1
