RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift Rotating Weekends Required Compensation & Incentives: Hourly Rate: $35.65 – $47.64 (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Additional $4.00 per hour for nights and weekends Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis About the Role: We are actively seeking Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for a variety of units including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho/Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology. This leadership role supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical operations during the night shift. As a CNC, you will work closely with the management team to drive performance, ensure patient safety, and support frontline staff. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to maintain efficient patient flow Assess and improve the quality of patient care in partnership with nursing leadership Lead and inspire nursing teams to promote positive outcomes and service excellence Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor resource management Manage inventory, supplies, and unit operational needs Contribute to team development through training and performance input Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability Registered Nurse Diploma required (BSN preferred) Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state license Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Why Join Our Team?
