What You Bring Active RN license (New Mexico or compact) Home health experience (required) Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar) Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement ?
