A well-established home care agency in Westchester County is looking for a seasoned RN to manage all clinical and operational aspects of the branch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 6 years in community health or home healthcare, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Active RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with healthcare systems and EHRs.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The RN, Clinical Nurse Manager holds full responsibility for branch performance—leading clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring staff, and overseeing financial and business development goals. You will play a critical role in guiding a multidisciplinary team and driving strategic initiatives that align with our mission and core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational & Clinical Oversight: Lead daily branch functions, ensure quality care, and serve as Director of Patient Services.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise clinical and admin staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Growth & Client Relations: Drive referral partnerships, collaborate with marketing, and promote client satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical standards, lead audits, and oversee quality initiatives.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and support accurate billing and reporting.
