Position Summary We are seeking an RN Clinical Operations Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Day to day clinical operations for 16 providers and associated clinical support staff Oversee staffing and scheduling Standardize clinical policies and procedures Responsible for clinical staff training and education Requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Current NC license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. 3-5 years nursing experience 1-2 years management experience preferred Why Join Us?
