Job Address: 200 Wyant Road Akron, OH 44313 Wyant Woods Healthcare Center is currently recruiting an experienced nurse, RN preferred, for the position of Clinical Risk Management Nurse for our Long Term Care facility. The position of Clinical Risk Management Nurse is responsible for all aspects of clinical risk management at the facility. This position will be responsible to ensure facility compliance with applicable laws and regulations as they relate to clinical risk management, as well as quality of care and clinical outcomes, while further championing our company philosophy and core values. REQUIREMENTS Must be licensed as a nurse, RN in the State of Maryland. RN preferred. Healthcare risk management experience required, with long term care experience preferred. Knowledge of appropriate and current documentation practices related to risk management. Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and appropriately address situations relating to people and conflict. Ability to provide a calming and professional influence in difficult situations. Ability to make independent judgment with close attention to complete analysis and detail.
