POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an RN Cosmetic Injector to work on a contract basis (depending on need). We believe in providing exceptional customer experience. All clients will receive a consultation to ensure the services are safe, effective, and have the best outcomes possible. Our staff believe success is in building a relationship with each client while understanding their unique needs and wants to customize each treatment plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program-RN (Governing Body-License)
• 2+ years of experience in the aesthetic industry, specifically with cosmetic injectables
• Current registration with the provincial/state licensing body in good standing
• A current up-to-date CPR certificate
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Cell phone, home computer, internet, and printer (as needed).
• Previous community or workplace health service experience is an asset.
• Certified through a credentialed cosmetic nurse injector course with both practical and hands on learning.

• Come prepared to provide injectable treatments such as Botox/neuromodulators, dermal fillers and medical grade skin care recommendations as well as cosmetic consultations for each patient.
• Educate and assess clients of pre and post procedure care, provide expertise on medical care skin care treatments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Follow protocols and complete medical procedure charts for all clients.
• Maintain and clean equipment and the treatment rooms after each use
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for medical grade skin care needs (Knowledge in industry brands is an asset).
• Strong retail sales and experience.
• Meet end of month treatment sales targets as well as retail sales goals
• Maintain strong client relationships, delivering the highest level of professional client care.
• Excel at personal and genuine client follow up, call backs and client retention strategies.
• Cross-referral to other aesthetic treatments within clinic, including facials & laser treatments.
