Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families. Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance. Participate in call rotation What We’re Looking For: A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut. 2 years of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home. A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.
