Your future role at a glance Location: Seton Administrative Offices Facility: Austin, Texas Department/Specialty: CPD Schedule: PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate competency-based nursing education programs that support clinical excellence across the continuum of care. Partner with nursing leaders and clinical staff to identify educational needs and create targeted learning solutions that enhance clinical performance. Design and deliver evidence-based educational programs, measuring outcomes to ensure learning objectives and organizational goals are achieved. Serve as a strategic consultant for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives, supporting clinical competency, professional growth, and performance improvement. Manage and maintain competency and performance standards for nursing and interprofessional teams, promoting safe, high-quality patient care and practice at the highest level of licensure. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing Work Experience: Required professional licensure at time of hire.
