Cura Health is looking for a dedicated RN Educator to lead our CNA/TMA training programs. This role is essential in delivering high-quality education and training to certified nursing assistants and therapy management assistants, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care. The RN Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate training curricula, facilitate learning sessions, and support the continuous professional development of staff. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, this position aims to uphold Cura Health’s commitment to excellence, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Some travel will be needed to all sites in the CURA network. Responsibilities Design, organize, and deliver comprehensive CNA and TMA training programs and continuing education sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update curricula based on best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide hands-on skills instruction and assess trainee competencies. Support new employee orientation and ongoing staff development initiatives. Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards. Collaborate with clinical supervisors and leadership to identify staff training needs and develop targeted educational interventions. Stay current with healthcare standards, nursing practices, and educational methodologies. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in healthcare education or training, particularly with CNAs and TMAs. Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners effectively. Ability to assess competencies and provide constructive feedback. Organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and documentation efficiently. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
