Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing care based on patient acuity. Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborate with physicians, departments, and families to coordinate care and referrals. Document patient care and nursing interventions effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, acting professionally under stress. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred or current enrollment in a BSN program. Licensure: Current RN license in Virginia or multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in Virginia. Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider required. Experience: At least 1 year of ER experience in an acute care setting preferred, but Med/Surg nurses interested in cross-training for night shifts will also be considered. Compensation: Salary: $32.33 - $48.50/hr depending on experience.
