This is a time of meaningful change for our team, and we’re seeking nurses who want to be part of creating something better—ensuring each shift is filled with compassion, connection, and calm leadership. $10,000.00 Sign on Bonus, full time, evening and night shift only. RN Qualifications: Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia Experience in long-term care preferred Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility Ability to make independent decisions
