Join our team in caring for those who served at our state-of-the-art Veterans' home, right here in Augusta. The RN Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight for all nursing related operations for the home during the scheduled shift. Requirements Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations Collaborative work style Excellent observational skills Excellent time management skills Commitment to achieving excellence Passion for continuous improvement Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
