Providence is calling for applications for our November 2025 RN Emergency Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 17, 2025.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
