Responsibilities

Nurses will practice in an environment focused on transforming care delivery using innovative staffing solutions within a Blended Care team model that includes RNs, LPNs, patient care assistants, and care concierges. Responsibilities include providing safe, high-quality care to a medical population, particularly renal patients on the 27-bed general medical unit, focusing on discharge planning and continuity of care.
