$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This is a flex nursing role which provides case management, home health and clinic visits in Spokane county. Schedule: 40 hour/week-Weekdays on day shift (no weekends or on call) As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the Registered Nurse (RN) participates in the development of an integrated plan of care and provides direct nursing care to our frail elderly participants. The RN's responsibilities including nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, medication administration/management, treatments, nurse delegation and patient teaching.
