We Are Hiring Location: Chicagoland Facility: Ascension Emergency Departments Specialty: Regional Float Pool Schedule: Day shift | PRN Salary range: $56.00 - $59.00 per hour What You Will Do Provide direct nursing care by floating to different Ascension emergency departments across the Chicagoland area, adapting to diverse environments in accordance with established organizational protocols. Implement, monitor, and record patient care plans and conditions, communicating changes to the healthcare team as appropriate. Assess and coordinate patient care needs by serving as a central point of contact across all medical disciplines. Note and efficiently carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure a well-coordinated continuum of care. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
