Our non-medical clients are located in Cleveland and the surrounding metro area. As the ideal candidate, you will: · Assess, plan and implement client care needs, and adjust as necessary. · Document services and/or concerns surrounding client needs and conditions. · Provide consultation to parties involved with clients regarding client need and care. · Participate in Orientation and training activities. Position Requirements · Must possess in Good Standing a license through the State of Ohio Nursing Board as a Registered Nurse free and clear of Board Action and/or Restriction · Must have previous experience within a Home Health Agency and/or Nursing Facility/Residence with elderly care included · Must provide verifiable references · Experience with electronic documentation and email, cell phone for calls as well as messaging · Must be able to pass a criminal background check. And/or drug test · Must possess reliable personal transportation to and from assignments as necessary, including valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance and agree to visit clients in Cleveland and surrounding Metro areas. · Must have part-time flexible availability. · Compensation is per visit and includes travel time and mileage.
