Position Summary As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while supporting the Director of Nursing in daily operations. You’ll help ensure compliance, coordinate care, and make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives every day. Clinical & Patient Care Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, IVs, and medication administration Monitor residents’ conditions and notify physicians/families of changes Review and maintain accurate nursing documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure care is delivered according to individualized care plans Leadership & Coordination Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff on your shift Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in care planning and quality assurance programs Administrative Duties Assist with policy updates and regulatory compliance Complete reports, charting, and required documentation Participate in facility surveys and audits Maintain confidentiality and protect resident information (HIPAA compliance) 📋 Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ✨ Why Join Fox Hollow Post Acute?
