Overview:
We are seeking a part time RN who can complete home health aide trainings in the office 2- 3 days/ week.
MUST HAVE 1 year of home health experience and 1 year of RN experience.
Duties:
- Schedule home health aides to come into the office for onboarding training.
- Conduct home health aide trainings.
- Conduct annual skills check offs for home health aides. (16 hours per home health aide)
- Collaborate with in office staff regarding training documentations and status of home health aides licenses.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of IN
- MUST HAVE 1 year of home health experience and 1 year of RN experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care and home health aide best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
