RN Hospice Patient Care Director We’re hiring an RN Hospice Director of Patient Care Services to lead clinical services for our hospice program. This leader drives clinical quality, staff development, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safe, compassionate care. Position Responsibilities: Oversee all clinical service delivery and clinical team leadership (case managers/clinical supervisors). Maintain clinical records, standards, and compliance; ensure alignment with state/federal requirements and CHAP standards. Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff; lead education, competency, and performance improvement. Track census/volume indicators and support staffing and budget decisions with the ED. Lead QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement across patient care. Step in as acting ED when needed.
