The RN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by assessing the needs of the patient, and then planning, coordinating, implementing, and as needed, revising the Plan of Care. The RN Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice group (IDG)with the goals of anticipating changes in the patient's condition, avoiding crises, promoting patient and family choice, ensuring continuity of care, and enhancing the quality of life of dying patients. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree Nursing Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: 1 year Nursing experience; some pediatric nursing experience required for a position in the Pediatric Programs.
