What We Are Looking For: * Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problems-solving ability. * Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting, geriatric setting preferred, one year supervisory or management experience. * An active RN License within the state of Florida. * Recent clinical experience, preferably in a geriatric setting. What You Will Cover: * Managing and supervising staff on assigned shift. (ie. Participating in the orientation of new employees) * Participates in the management of resident care * Demonstrates appropriate and safe work practices and behaviors. * Explaining and interpreting resident care issues to families, residents and staff. * Identify changes in residents status and intervenes based clinical judgment as well as MD orders. Responsibilities
